Generally done on models with a vagina to induce extra vulnerability, excitement or torture. It can also be done on models with a penis, either going in between the balls or just grabbing the penis for the same effects mentioned above. It doesn’t have to go onto private parts though, it can go besides and create the same effect or can be used as an anchor point.
